The purpose of the Audit & Quality Committee is to

• Oversee the BSIR registries programme: maintaining and reporting on BSIR registries, developing and refining datasets, as well as overseeing governance issues relating to registry data.
• Oversee BSIR Safety and Quality initiatives, including sharing guidance with members on device safety and patient safety.
• Improve IR practice through the delivery of the BSIR Exemplar Status Initiative.
